Friday 24th 3pm in meeting room 5 the HUU Women’s committee will be electing the Hull delegates to join others from across the country at the National Union of Students Women’s conference in mid March. The meeting is open to all who self define as a woman to come along and stand, vote and find out more about the important work the committee does locally, on campus and nationally. If you wish to stand bring a short speech about why you wish to represent women at national conference and be prepared to do a small speech if you wish.
There are four places; two are open to all women, one for a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic student and one for a student who defines as an LGBT student. If you wish to know more here is a link to the facebook group.
