Cause for Concern: Reporting Tool

‘Cause For Concern’ Safety Scheme

The University, in partnership with HUU, operates a scheme which is designed to help you to look after each other whilst at University and create a supportive, caring community environment. The scheme allows you to notify the University about any concerns you may have about a fellow student.

Typical concerns include students who:

• are homesick
• have money worries
• have Course worries
• are not making friends
• are drinking too much
• have not been seen for sometime

You can do this anonymously if you prefer. If possible you should include the address of the person you are concerned about.

The below form once submitted goes through to the Head of Student Support Services who will contact the student and offer what support is necessary.
