The Student Union have installed a 'Network Plus' kiosk, which dispenses FREE condoms and chlamydia tests to all students, the kiosk is situated on the first floor just outside the Volunteering Hub, any student who would like to register to use the kiosk can contact the Advice Centre on 01482 466263, who will be able to arrange registration, which is very quick and completely confidential.
Corner House is an independent organisation offering a wide range of services, information and resources around sexual health issues. Corner House works towards preventing the spread of sexually transmitted infections and reducing teenage pregnancy.
There is also a young people’s Drop-in based at Conifer house, located in the city centre (next to Debenhams) which is open every weekday (12.30 – 6) and on a Saturday morning (10.30 – 1.30). You can also get condoms, pregnancy tests and emergency contraception here and additionally, you can be tested for Chlamydia.
