Badaboom!  Oasis Family Centre Maths and Science Club

WHAT: To be part of a group of students delivering a science and maths club to 9-11 year olds who are struggling with these subjects to help them get to grips with maths and science.
You need to be willing to help supervise and teach a group of children, to have patience and an authoritative manner and to be able to deliver science and maths in a fun and informative way.
You will gain fantastic teaching and lesson planning experience and the opportunity to practice teaching in an out of school environment and project management experience.

WITH: Local children aged from 9 to 11 and a group of students.

WHERE: Oasis Family Centre in central Scarborough.

WHEN: For 3 hours per week for 6 weeks teaching the course, plus lesson preparation time prior to the course starting.
