
The Students’ Union and the University are both committed to receiving and responding to student feedback, in order to bring about improvement in the quality of the student experience and development of learning and teaching within the institution. Student representation gives you, the students, a greater ownership of your education and a greater say in the ways in which your department, faculty or the University itself is run! All students can stand to be a Course Rep – so in nominations are open stand to represent your peers today! Course reps are at the forefront of the representation system and have a unique opportunity to raise issues or problems to University members of staff and heads of departments through Staff/Student committees. Being a course rep puts you in an exclusive position of participating in the decision making process of this University, to bring about changes that students want. Student representation is all about making your views heard and making them count!
