The Education Zone is one of the five zones that comprise the organisational and representative structure at HUU. The Zone comprises of 9 voting members on Union Council and is headed by the VP Education, Matthew Barrow who was elected the previous academic year. The primary function of the Zone is to provide a forum to discuss current academic issues and decide upon a HUU position to be taken in the relevant meetings and events. The secondary functions of the Zone are to provide scrutiny and hold to account the Vice President Education and other Zone Members.
