Tonight (3rd May), Hull University’s Asylum club hosts a fashion event with purpose. Local clothing designers and stylists have come together to sponsor a fundraiser with Kenyan NGO access:health. With Miss Hull strutting East African outfits on the catwalk, a sponsored auction and styles from the likes of Tessie’s, Beasley’s, Phase Eight, Joules, Shelley’s Boutique, Select, New Vintage, Magpie’s Den and Bolo’s Menswear. You can witness the debut of young talent from the local colleges and the surrounding community, it promises to be a visual feast.
The Hull Daily Mail spotted this last week with a full page spread on the event’s organisers. Look out for reporters from BBC Look North and the Hull Journal on the night.

£5 standing tickets are available online from www.hullstudent.com or contact comms@access-collective.com for pre-orders. Look for ticket sellers in 1920’s wear at the Union Concourse during lunch times from now until the event, the Hull Union box office and also the Hartford Building admin office.
£10 VIP tickets are only available by request so get in there fast. VIPs have front row seats right underneath the catwalk, goodie bags laden with Divine Chocolate and other mystery treats PLUS an invitation to the VIP after party!
